Warranty

The warranty system of Carberry GmbH company is aimed to highlight the responsibility of the manufacturer for each item produced and to ensure the fastest replacement of broken shock absorber in case it's required.

All TORR shock absorbers are covered by 12 calendar months warranty, that starts from purchasing day.

Manufacturer's warranty is not applied to cases where item was broken due to incorrect installation (different from instructions provided) or due to non-compliance with the vehicle operation rules.
Warranty statement needs to be sent to the manufacturer not later than 30 calendar days from notice of the defect. Statement review and the provision of a new product instead of broken one is made in time established by current legislation.
All new items provided in case of warranty use are also fully covered by manufacturer's warranty.
